Hollandaise Toasts

Method
  1. Mix milk, stock and flour to a smooth paste.
  2. Melt butter, fry chicken till slightly browned, add in above liquid.
  3. Mix and stir till smooth and thick.
  4. Add in cream and mushrooms, cook on a low fire till well blended.
  5. Remove from fire, add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Lay fried bread in a serving dish, spread filling on top.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese and chilli powder.
  8. Serve immediately.
Ingredients:
1 cup - boiled shredded chicken
12 slices - fried bread
� cup - grated cheese
� cup - milk
� cup - chicken stock
2 tbsp - flour
� cup - cream
� cup - tinned mushrooms
3 tbsp - butter
chilli powder
pepper
salt to taste
