10 - large cabbage leaves
1 - chicken/mutton stock
a bunch - spring onion (green part)
2 tbsp - chopped spring onion (white part)
1 tsp - chopped garlic
2 tbsp - fish sauce
200 g - lean minced lamb
1 tbsp - oil
1/2 tsp - green chilli paste
1 tsp - soya sauce
salt and pepper to taste
