Make a paste of ginger-garlic-red chilli- salt
Add chopped liver and fry for 5 mins.
Add little water and let liver cook
Add garam masala, chopped coriander leaves
Bake it at 350o F for 10 mins.
Serve hot with ketchup and shredded lettuce leaves
