Tortilla Sandwich

Method
  1. Heat a pan with 1 tbsp butter

  2. Add chicken pieces and cook till light brown, stirring continuously

  3. Add onion, capsicum, french beans

  4. Add pepper, salt, chilli powder and garlic

  5. Cook chicken till brown

  6. Remove from fire

  7. Cut the tortillas into halves

  8. Spread the mixture evenly on four parts

  9. Top it with salsa sauce (1tsp each on each tortilla)

  10. Finally garnish with grated cheese in 4 equal parts

  11. Cover it with remaining tortilla halves

  12. Heat a skillet with 2 tbsp oil

  13. Put the tortilla sandwich on it

  14. Let it shallow fry till golden brown

  15. Turn and let the other side also becomes golden and cheese is melted

  16. Serve with your choice of dip

Ingredients:
1 cup chicken pieces, aprox 1/4"
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/4 cup chopped french beans
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt as per taste
1 cup grated cheese
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 green chillies, chopped finely
1 garlic crushed
4 corn tortillas (6" in diameter)
1 tbsp butter
4 tsp salsa sauce
2 tbsp oil
