Bread egg and veg rice

Method
  1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
  2. Add shredded onion, and other vegetables.
  3. Break 2 eggs in the same pan and fry well.
  4. Add salt and keep stirring.
  5. Cut bread in to 1-inch squares and add to the eggs; mixing well.
  6. Pour 1 tsp of soya sauce and 2 tsp chilli tomato sauce; gently mix for a couple of minutes on low flame.
  7. Cover with a lid for about a minute and serve on a large plate with veg rice.
Ingredients:
4 - bread slices
2 - eggs
1 - onion
Seasonal vegegetables - cauliflower/peas/capsicum/carrot (diced)
1 tsp - soya sauce
2 tsp - chilli tomato sauce
Salt to taste
1-2 tsp - oil to cook
