Breakfast pudding

Method
  1. Set mixture aside to stand for 10 minutes to allow oatmeal to soak up flavour.
  2. Stir again and place in a small dish.
  3. Preheat oven at 325 degrees.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Place dish in another oven-proof dish containing 1 inch of water.
  6. Bake 15-20 minutes or until firm.

Mix together
1/3 cup oatmeal
1 cup low-fat milk

1 banana, mashed
1 tsp vanilla essence
