Corn pancakes

Method
  1. Remove corn kernels and cook till soft. Mash well.
  2. Make a batter with the flour, egg, and water.
  3. Add corn, chillies, coriander leaves and salt.
  4. Heat a non-stick griddle and grease it.
  5. Pour spoonfuls of batter and shallow fry pancakes on both sides till golden.
  6. Serve hot with any chutney.
Ingredients:
3 corn cobs
1 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
2 green chillies, minced
2 tbsp. coriander leaves
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
