Masala omelette

Method
  1. Break open eggs in a bowl.
  2. Stir milk, sauce, salt, all powders in another bowl.
  3. Add milk mixture to the eggs and beat for two minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan, pour out the mixture.
  5. Cook for 2 mins or till the omelette is ready

4 - eggs
1 cup - milk
5ml - soya sauce
5ml - tomato sauce
1 pinch - red chilli masala powder
Salt to taste
1 pinch - white pepper
1 pinch - black pepper
1 pinch - turmeric powder
1 pinch - cumin powder
1 tbsp - olive oil
