Method
  1. Cook noodles in plenty of boiling water, to which 1 tsp salt is added.
  2. Drain, toss in a tsp of oil and keep aside.
  3. Grind onion, ginger and garlic together to a paste.
  4. Chop spinach roughly.
  5. Heat oil in a fry pan (preferably non stick and large enough to toss the noodles easily).
  6. Add the ground paste and fry well.
  7. Add chili powder and fry for 1/2minute.
  8. Add beans sprout and a pinch of salt.
  9. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  10. Add spinach, cook till just soft.
  11. Add the meat and noodles.
  12. Add Soya sauce, tomato sauce, sat and MSG.
  13. Mix well. Add sesame oil and stock.
  14. Toss the noodles till they are very hot and just moist. (not soggy).
  15. Mix in the scrambled eggs and serve immediately.
  16. The water in which minced meat was cooked.

Ingredients:
ribbon noodles - 150 gm
onion - � cup, chopped
ginger - 2 cm
garlic - 8 flakes
chilli powder - 1 � tsp
beans sprouts - � cup
spinach leaves - a handful
cooked minced meat - � cup
oil - 2 tbsp
soya sauce - 2 tsp
tomato sauce - 4 tbsp
msg - 1/4 tsp
meat stock - 2 to 3 tbsp
oriental sesame oil - 1 tsp
eggs - 2, scrambled
salt to taste
