Scrambled eggs

  1. Heat the oil or butter in a pan and fry the onions and chillies till the onions turn golden brown.
  2. Add the beaten eggs and salt and cook till the eggs begin to set.
  3. Keep stirring to break it up into bits.
  4. Serve hot with toast and butter.
