Vegetable Noodles

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan

  2. Add vegetables and stir -fry for 5 minutes

  3. Add all the masala and mix well

  4. Add noodles, mix well

  5. Garnish with chopped eggs

  6. Serve hot with ketchup and chilli sauce

Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped carrots, boiled
1/4 chopped french beans, boiled
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/4 chop boiled peas
2 hardboiled eggs, chopped
1/4 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 cup boiled noodles
1 tsp oil
