Method
  1. Mix all the above ingrediants (except beer & onions ).
  2. Keep in de-refrigerator for atleast one hour.
  3. In a curry pan, fry the onions with oil.
  4. Take out the mixed chicken from fridge and put it curry pan.
  5. Keep the stow in sim and let it get boiled in the oil.
  6. After 5 mins, add chicken masala powder and close the lid
  7. When it is about to boil completely and beer and boil for 4 to 5 mins.
  8. Now the beer chicken is ready to eat.
Ingredients:
1 kg - chicken
1 table spoon - ginger paste
1 table spoon - garlic paste
1 - onion
1 table spoon - turmeric powder
3 table spoons - coriander powder
6 table spoons - chilli powder
1 ltr - beer
2 tea spoons - chicken masala
salt to taste
