Method
- Crush garlic with pepper corns.
- Add to the chicken mince with salt.
- Sprinkle about 2 tbsp of corn flour and mix well.
- Shape this mixture into 2 cm round balls.
- Boil the chicken stock and ad the chicken balls to it.
- Add carrot and cabbage.
- Simmer till the balls and vegetables are cooked.
- Add dark and light Soya sauce.
- Serve hot.
Serves: 3-4
Note:
If light Soya sauce is not available, add salt to taste.
