Method
  1. First keep Lapsi overnight in water.
  2. Boil Lapsi till it become soft. Then Grind boil Lapsi.
  3. Fry Onions in Oil till it becomes Pinks.
  4. Then add Ginger garlic Paste, Chicken Cube,Garam Masala Powder and Pepper Powder.
  5. Stir Well. Cook it till the smells goes away.
  6. Then add Chicken and Water and Cook well.
  7. After Chicken is cooked, remove the chicken and keep aside and add Coconut Powder into Gravy.
  8. Cook it till smell goes of coconut powder Shred Chicken.
  9. Add Shred Chicken into Gravy.
  10. Cook it for 10 to 15 Minutes.
  11. And give Garlic Baghar to it.
  12. Add corriander leaves.
Ingredients:
1/4 kg - lapsi
1 - chicken
6 - onions
1/2 - coconut (grind it)
4 tsp - ginger, garlic paste
1 - chicken cube
1 1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
1 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
4 or 5 flakes - garlic chopped (for baghar)
2 or 3 cup - water
corriander leaves
oil as required
