Method
  1. Dry fry the following &grind to a paste dhania seeds, jeera, pepper, red chillies dalchini, cloves, garlic, ginger & onions in that order.
  2. Cut chicken into medium size pieces, marinate chicken with the above masala paste, curds haldi & salt, and keep it for 1hr.
  3. After 1hr keep the chicken in a vessel& put it in a pressure cooker &cook till it gives 3whistles.
  4. Cool the cooker, remove the vessel.
  5. Separate chicken pieces into a plate, put the gravy in a nonstick pan, add tomato puree.
  6. Let it cook for 4to 5 min under medium heat, till the gravy becomes a bit dry.
  7. Now add the chicken pieces& let it cook for 3 more min or till it becomes completely fried.
  8. Serve this with roti or chapatti.
Ingredients:
500 g - broiler chicken
1 cup - curds
1 tsp - dhania seeds
1/2 tsp - peppercorns
1/2 tsp - jeera
8 - red chilies
1/2 pod - garlic
1/2" bit - ginger
1/4 tsp - haldi
2 - medium onions, chopped
2 - elachi
2 - cloves
1" bit - dalchini
2 tbsp - tomato puree
1 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped
