Chicken Pickle -1

Method
  1. Heat mustard oil in a pan till it smokes

  2. Fry the chicken pieces till golden brown

  3. Remove the chicken pieces and keep aside

  4. Now in the same oil put the grinded paste

  5. Simmer it for 5 minutes

  6. Add the chicken pieces

  7. Fry for 10 minutes

  8. Cool the spiced chicken pieces

  9. Add vinegar to it

  10. Store it in air-tight jar

  11. Use the pickle after a day

Ingredients:
1 chicken, clean and cut into small pieces
400 gms mustard oil (or sesame oil)
1 cup vinegar

Grind together:
8 garlic flakes
1 tsp ginger paste
3 onions
1 tbsp red chilli powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
