Soak the tamarind in a warm water
Make a paste of ginger and garlic
In a vessel heat oil add bay leaves,cinnamon,cloves,chopped onions,and turmeric and fry till brown
Then add the ground paste fry till brown
Add the chicken pieces ,chilli powder,salt and tamarind juice
Cook the chicken until it is tender.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
