Method
  1. Soak the tamarind in a warm water

  2. Make a paste of ginger and garlic

  3. In a vessel heat oil add bay leaves,cinnamon,cloves,chopped onions,and turmeric and fry till brown

  4. Then add the ground paste fry till brown

  5. Add the chicken pieces ,chilli powder,salt and tamarind juice

  6. Cook the chicken until it is tender.

  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Ingredients:
Chicken 1kg
onions 3
Chillies 4
Ginger small piece
Garlic 5 flakes
Bay leaves
cinnamon stick 3
cloves 4
turmeric 1/2tsp
oil 2 tbsp
Salt & Chilli powder to taste
coriander leaves A handful
Tamarind as required
