Method
- Defrost (if necessary)
- Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl .
- Excluding the oil
- Marinate for at least 5 hours , if possible over night,
- After necessary marinating is done, Heat 2 tablespoons of oil on medium heat .
- Fry each bite-sized piece of chicken leaving a considerable amount of marinade on as it's fried.
- Until slightly crisp and masala is no longer raw.
- Bake chicken in oven for 10-15 minutes and flip and repeat cooking time.
- Use between 350-400 Degrees.
- Garnish with plenty of coriander.
Note:
- Store in airtight container
- This preparation tends to dry out if not stored in airtight container.
