Chicken Tikka

Method
  1. Defrost (if necessary)
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl .
  3. Excluding the oil
  4. Marinate for at least 5 hours , if possible over night,
  5. After necessary marinating is done, Heat 2 tablespoons of oil on medium heat .
  6. Fry each bite-sized piece of chicken leaving a considerable amount of marinade on as it's fried.
  7. Until slightly crisp and masala is no longer raw.
  8. Bake chicken in oven for 10-15 minutes and flip and repeat cooking time.
  9. Use between 350-400 Degrees.
  10. Garnish with plenty of coriander.

Note:

  • Store in airtight container
  • This preparation tends to dry out if not stored in airtight container.
