Method
- Clean chicken and chop it finely. Cut the onions into half.
- Cut coconut into small pieces or grate it.
- Pour oil in a kadai and add onion saute for sometime then add red chillies and curry leaves and saute well.
- Then add finely chopped chicken and close it with a lid, the chicken will leave some water.
- Then add 11/2 liter water stir occasionally.
- Leave it up to the content dry. Add coconut saute for some time.
- Goes well with rice.
