150 g - macaroni
� cup - green capsicum, cut into strips
� cup - red capsicum, cut into strips
1 cup - boiled potato, cubed
1 cup - tomato, de seeded and chopped

1 cup - apple, cubed
1 cup - pineapple, cubed
� cup - roasted cashew nuts, slit
For Dressing:
2 to 3 tbsp - yellow mustard
2 tbsp - lime juice
2 tbsp - olive oil
2 tbsp - honey
salt and pepper to taste
