Method
  1. Heat oil, saute onion, green chilli.
  2. Turn off the flame.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, pepper (1 tsp), garam masala (1/4 tsp) well.
  4. Divide into equal lemon sized balls and press a little on your palm.
  5. Dip in the egg first and then cover with bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
  6. Serve with tomato ketchup.

1/2 kg - chicken breast (boiled with pepper & salt)
2 medium - potato (boiled & mashed with salt & turmeric powder)
2 - onions (finely chopped)
6-7 - green chillies (chopped)
Bread crumbs
Egg white
