Method
- Heat oil, saute onion, green chilli.
- Turn off the flame.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, pepper (1 tsp), garam masala (1/4 tsp) well.
- Divide into equal lemon sized balls and press a little on your palm.
- Dip in the egg first and then cover with bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
