Method
  1. Mix the ingredients for marinade and marinate the chicken pieces in it for 2 hours.
  2. After 2 hrs remove the chicken pieces from the marinade and keep it aside.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the batter along with the marinade, salt and water to a fine paste.
  4. Dip the chicken in the batter and deep fry till done.
  5. Serve with mint chutney.
Ingredients:
chicken boneless - 1/2 kg

For the Marinade :
lime juice - 2 tsp
curd - 1/4 cup
chilli powder - 1 tbsp
coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
ginger - garlic paste - 1 tbsp
papaya paste - 3 tbsp
vinegar - 2 tsp
kasuri methi leaf powder - 1 tsp
garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
salad oil - 2 tbsp
red color - a pinch
salt to taste

For the Batter :
egg - 1
maida - 150 g
chana flour - 200g
cuminpowder - 1 tsp
coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
