Method
  1. In a pot add butter and saute ginger garlic paste and add onion and saute till brown.
  2. Add tomato and tomato puree and cook till oil separates.
  3. Add all spices chicken and kasuri methi.
  4. Adjust the salt and add milk and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg - boneless chicken

Marinade for chicken

For gravy:
1 big - onion
1/4 cup - tomato puree
1/2 - tomato
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp - cumin powder
1/2 cup - milk
1 tsp - sugar
1 tsp - coriander powder
1/2 tsp - Kashmiri chilly powder
Butter
4 tbsp - yoghurt
1 tbp - red chili powder
1 tbsp - garlic ginger paste
11/2 tsp - coriander powder
1/4 tsp - turmeric
1/4 - garam masala
Food colour (optional)
Lime juice
Butter
Salt
Marinate the chicken with above ingredients for 1 hour and grill for 20 minutes.
