Method
  1. Marinate the boneless chicken in vinegar, salt, soya sauce, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce and garlic paste.
  2. Keep for about 30 mins.
  3. Heat oil in a container, fry the marinated chicken pieces and keep aside.
  4. The taste of the chicken should be very tangy.
  5. Now dash the grated vegetables in the container.
  6. Cook till it becomes soft.
  7. Add monosodium glutamate (aji no moto), garlic paste to it and keep stirring the mixture.
  8. Add the chicken pieces which were already fried.
  9. Add salt, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce to it.
  10. Cook the entire mixture for about 10 mins.
  11. You had made a liquid mix of vinegar with green chillies, add that to the chicken mixture.
  12. Before turning off the gas, add the chopped spring onions for a better look and taste.
  13. This item is best served with vegetable rice.

Ingredients:
500gms - boneless chicken
4 - tomatoes, medium-sized, grated into smaller pieces
4 - onions, medium-sized, grated into smaller pieces
2 - spring onions, chopped into smaller pieces
Normal salt to taste
2 tsp - garlic paste
5-6 tsp - tomato sauce
3-4 tsp - green chilli sauce
3-4 tsp - dark soya sauce
7-8 tsp - vinegar
3-4 - green chillies (fresh ones, slit from the middle and soaked in vinegar)
