Method
Cook rice adding a teaspoon of oil, salt and keep aside.
Boil chicken, cut it into small pieces and keep aside.
In a wok heat oil, add chopped onion and saute till it becomes soft.
Pour the beaten egg to it and scramble nicely.
Then add peas, capsicum and shredded chicken into it and saute for 3-5 mins.
Now add rice and all powders and cook till the rice gets mixed well.
Serve hot with any spicy side dish.

basmati rice - 2 cups
chicken breast - 2 pieces
egg - 4 nos
capsicum - 1 medium chopped
fresh green peas - 1/2 cup
onion - 1 large chopped
aginomotto - 1 pinch
pepper pdr - 1 tsp
oil - 1/4 cup
salt to taste
