Easy Chicken Fry

Method
  1. Clean and pat dry the chicken pieces.
  2. Add little salt and steam in a pressure cooker for 1 whislte.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry the Green chillies and onions, till onions turn golden brown.
  4. Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and stir.
  5. Add the chicken pieces and mix well the mixture coats the chicken pieces.
  6. Sprinkle lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
Ingredients:
Chicken - half Bird
Green chilles - 4
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Lemons - 2
Onion - 1 big
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
A pinch of turmeric powder
oil - 2 Tbsp
Cashew paste - 2 tsp
Coriander - 1 bunch
