Method
Blend together all ingredients in a blender, expect coriander leaves.
Once the chicken is blended, take out the blended paste in a bowl and add coriander leaves to it and mix well
well and kept aside for 5 min.
Shape into balls or rolls as per your style.
Deep fry in hot oil in a kadai and serve hot with sauce or mint chutney.
