130 gms potatoes, peeled and boiled
50 gms butter
20 ml cream
100 gms onions, chopped
30 gms garlic, chopped
25 gms celery, chopped
130 ml vegetable stock
40 ml red wine
2 1/2 tbsp. flour, dissolved in a little water
