Preheat oven to 350Â°F and arrange a rack in the middle. Place mustard, honey, Kissan garlic spread, salt and parsley flakes in a medium bowl and whisk until evenly mixed. Pour over chicken and turn pieces to evenly coat.
Place chicken skin-side down in a large casserole or 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Bake chicken, turning occasionally, until cooked through, about 25 minutes to 1/2 hour.
