Method
  1. Marinate the chicken with the above ingredients and cook it on a very low flame.
  2. Add fried onions (3 to 4) and cook for a min or 2 and switch off the flame.
  3. Make ghee rice, normally 1 kg
  4. Make DUM as usual.
  5. Serve hot with chutney.

Ingredients:

For the chicken marination:
1 kg - chicken
1/4 cup - oil
cloves , cardomom , cinamom , bayleaves
1/4 tsp - cumin/jeera
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
1 tbsp - chilly powder
1 tsp - coriander powder
1/2 tsp - cumin powder
1 tbsp - pepper corns
15 - green chilli (or as per taste)
1 tsp - garam masala
2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup - mint leaves
1/2 cup - coriander leaves
1 cup - yogurt
Salt to taste
