3/4 th tbsp - chopped fresh lemon grass
1 - onion, sliced
2 tbsp - walnuts, halved
2 tbsp - lemon juice
1 tsp - grated lemon rind
2 tbsp - soya sauce
a sprig - rosemary
low fat salt to taste
