Low calorie chicken noodle soup

Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients except the flour and let them simmer for about half an hour, or till the vegetables are tender.
  2. To thicken the soup, mix the flour with 4 tbsp of the stock.
  3. Stir the mixture into the soup, then simmer for a bit longer. Serve.
Ingredients:
1 cup onion, chopped
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
6 cups chicken broth (drain the fat)
2 cups potatoes, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrot, chopped
3 cups boneless chicken, cooked and shredded
2 cups spinach, chopped
1/2 cup uncooked egg noodles
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp. Maida
