Method
  1. Heat ghee.
  2. Add chopped onions and fry till golden.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, cardamom, cinnamon, chilly powder, beaten curd and chicken pieces.
  4. Let it boil for a while.
  5. Add washed rice, salt and mint leaves and enough water.
  6. Cover it with a thick lid in a medium flame.
  7. Open the lid and garnish with fried dry fruits.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg - cut pieces of chicken
2 cups - long grain rice
1 cup - coconut milk
2 tsp - ginger & garlic paste
2 - onions (finely chopped)
1/2 cup - curd
1 tsp - red chilly powder
1 bunch - mint leaves
3 tsp - ghee
few corns - clove
small stick - cinnamon
few green cardamom
salt to taste
