Method
- Heat ghee.
- Add chopped onions and fry till golden.
- Add ginger garlic paste, cardamom, cinnamon, chilly powder, beaten curd and chicken pieces.
- Let it boil for a while.
- Add washed rice, salt and mint leaves and enough water.
- Cover it with a thick lid in a medium flame.
- Open the lid and garnish with fried dry fruits.
