Spicy Tangy Grilled Chicken

Method
  1. Clean the chicken pieces, make small gashes on it.
  2. Marinate the chicken with red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  3. Keep it for 10 minutes.
  4. Grill it partially, occasionally basting it with oil.
  5. Now grind together ginger, garlic, dhaniya powder, pepper powder, aamchoor & paprika powder in lemon juice into a coarse paste.
  6. Now marinate the partially grilled chicken with this paste and keep it for another 15 minutes.
  7. Now grill it at high for nearly 10 minutes, frequently turning the sides and basting it with oil.
  8. Chop the onions, marinate it with 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, turmeric, oil and salt.
  9. Grill it at high, stirring occasionally for 3 or 4 minutes.
  10. Now serve the grilled chicken on this bed of grilled onion along with tomato sauce or pudina chutney!
  11. Have it as a starter or with chappathi.
Ingredients:
250 gms - chicken breasts/wings/drumsticks
� tsp - red chilli powder
� tsp - paprika powder
� tsp - turmeric powder
� tsp - pepper powder
1 tsp - dhaniya powder
50 gms - ginger and garlic
1 tsp - aam choor
2 tsp - lemon juice
2 - onion, chopped fine
1 � tbsp - oil
salt to taste
