Spicy kaju chicken

Method
  1. Mix chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Drop the chicken in the cornstarch and mix well, coating completely.
  3. Fry the chicken for 3 min until golden brown.
  4. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Heat water, add chopped beans and blanch. Drain and keep aside.
  6. In a large saute pan, heat the oil, fry the cashews until golden.
  7. Add the peppers and blanched beans.
  8. Saute for 2 minutes.
  9. Remove from the heat.
  10. Toss the chicken and cashew mixture together and serve.
Ingredients:
1 cup - skinless chicken, diced
Salt to taste
1 tsp - freshly ground black pepper powder
1/2 cup - cornflour
Oil for frying
2 tsp - groundnut oil
2 tsp - unsalted cashewnuts/kaju
1 broken red chilli
100g - beans, chopped
