White Chicken Kurma

Method
  1. Clean and wash chicken.
  2. Cut the onion and cook in a little water till soft and grind to a paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add cinnamon, clove, cardamom, green chilies, onion paste and fry for 2min.
  4. Add chicken, badam paste and salt to taste.
  5. Mix well let it cook in allow flame till done.
  6. This will be thick gravy if you want a thin one you can add more water and make it thin.
  7. Serve with naan and rotis.

Ingredients:
1 kg - chicken
2 - onion
4 to 5 - green chilies

For Paste:
8 to 10 - badam
1/2 tsp - white pepper
8 pods - garlic
small piece - ginger
make a paste with using a little water
1 big peace - cinnamon
8 - cloves
5 to 6 - cardamom
salt to taste
