Method
Coat chicken with salt and turmeric powder.
Mix with garlic, ginger and green chilli paste
Marinate for 10 min.
Heat oil in a cooker, add uncut green chillies and curry leaves.
Add marinated chicken with all the other ingredients.
After 1 whistle, add salt, soya sauce and chilli sauce and allow to boil for some time.
Add cornflour so that the consistency is dry.

1/2 kg - chicken
7 to 9 - green chilli
20 - curry leaves
2 tsp - garlic, ginger, green chilli paste
Soya sauce, according to taste
Chilli sauce, according to taste
Salt
2-3 tsp - ornflour
A pinch - turmeric powder
Some curd
