Method
  1. Grind onion and coconut make a to paste.
  2. Put oil in a small cooker, add cashew and fry.
  3. Add onion-coconut paste; fry and add washed chicken pieces, ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric and chilli powder.
  4. Fry for 5 mins, cook covered.
  5. Then cover and cook up to 3 whistles on medium flame.
  6. Remove the lid after 10 mins, add garam masala, fresh coriander and mix well.
  7. Chutke chicken is ready to serve.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg - chicken, chopped
1 cup - onion, chopped
1/2 cup - dry coconut
1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
2 tsp - garam masala
Salt to taste
1 tsp - turmeric
2 tsp - chilli powder
Fresh coriander to garnish
2 tbsp - oil
1 tbsp - cashew nuts
