Method
- Dice the onion and fry in the olive oil for 2 mins.
- Add the chicken strips, and fry gently for 1 min.
- Add the mushroom and simmer until the chicken is cooked and the sauce is hot.
- Take off the heat, add the cream, and stir.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese liberally over the sauce, place under a grill for 2 mins. until cheese has melted.

1 - big onion
mushroom
1 tbsp - olive oil
