Dry Chicken

Method
  1. Clean and wash the chicken pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  3. Add the chilies, pepper corns and cinnamon.
  4. Saute the spices for few seconds.
  5. Add the chicken pieces along with saffron and cumin seed powder.
  6. Add salt and mix well.Add tomatoes and mix well.
  7. Cook on a low flame till it becomes tender and dry. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
1 kg - broiler chicken (cut into medium sized pieces)
4 to 5 - tomatoes ( finely chopped)
2 tbsp - oil
6 to 8 - kashmiri chillies
few - peppercorns
2 small piece - cinnamon
few strands - saffron
1 tsp - cumin seed powder
salt to taste
