Method
Heat oil, saute onion; add garlic, ginger, cumin, turmeric and chilli powder.
Fry for 2 mins, add tomatoes, coconut milk and salt and boil.
Simmer uncovered for 10 mins.
Now add the shrimp and cilantro and cook covered for 5 mins.
Add lemon juice and serve.
