Method
Grind onion, ginger and chilies to a paste.
Heat oil in a pressure pan. Add the paste and fry well.
Add mutton, turmeric, salt and � cup water.
Pressure cook for 10 minutes.
When the pressure drops, open the cooker and heat till most of the liwquid is evaporated.
Add fenugreek and fry for few minutes.
Add tomato and cook for 5-8 minutes more.
Serve hot with steamed rice or roti.

Ingredients:
mutton - 500 gm, cut into cubes
