Mutton Kurma

Method
  1. Cook mutton pieces separately in a cooker for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Take a vessel, add oil and add the ginger garlic paste; saute the mixture.
  3. Add sliced onions and green chillies; saute well.
  4. Add all the masala powder and saute.
  5. Add salt and water as needed and cook for 15 min
  6. Grind coconut and cashew nuts with little water and add this mixture into the vessel.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Ingredients:
1 kg - mutton
5 to 6 - onions
4 to 5 - green chillies
2 inch long - ginger
5 to 6 pods - garlic
1/4 tsp - turmeric pwd
1 tsp - chilly pwd
1 tbsp - garam masala
2 tbsp - coriander pwd
coriander leaves, handful
1 cup - cocount grated
6 to 8 - cashewnuts
salt to taste
