Method
Heat the oil in a pan.
Saute the onions, chopped ginger and garlic.
Once the onions get a glassy appearance, add the pepper and saute for 2 minutes.
Add the chicken pieces and stir.
Add salt to taste and cover the vessel. Cook for 10 minutes until chicken is tender.
Serve hot.

chicken - 1 kg
onions(big) - 2 nos
garlic pods - 5 to 6 nos
