Rub the chicken pieces with lemon juice, salt and chilli powder. Marinate for half an hour.
Put ghee in a pan and shallow fry nicely. Then put half cup of water in it and cover the lid.
Open it and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with Chappati.
1 Chicken Whole - 4 pieces
1 - Lemon
Salt according to taste
Chilli powder - 4 tbsp.
