Method

  1. Rub the chicken pieces with lemon juice, salt and chilli powder. Marinate for half an hour.

  2. Put ghee in a pan and shallow fry nicely. Then put half cup of water in it and cover the lid.

  3. Open it and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with Chappati.

Ingredients:

1 Chicken Whole - 4 pieces
1 - Lemon
Salt according to taste
Chilli powder - 4 tbsp.
