Method
Cook apples, raisins and sugar with lemon juice till soft and pulpy.
Add cinnamon and cook till dry. Remove.
Mix flour, beaten eggs and enough milk to make a batter.
Beat well and add a pinch of salt.
Grease a griddle.
Pour one ladle of batter.
Spread into a thin round.
Cover and cook. Open.
Put a spoon of apple filling in the centre and roll over from both sides.
Remove to a platter.
Cook all pancakes like this and serve cold with ice cream.

Ingredients:
2 cups flour (maida)
3 apples, peeled, chopped
1 tbsp. raisins, soaked in water, drained
