Butter Cookies

Method
  1. Cream the butter and icing sugar in a steel bowl.
  2. Add in the egg yolk one by one, keep creaming, take care that mixture does not split
  3. Add in the sieved flour; knead to a nice sot dough
  4. Roll in your palms and give desired shape.
  5. Bake at 180C for 20 mins
Ingredients:
700 g - butter
400 - icing sugar
2 - egg yolk
1 kg - flour
