Method
- Cream the butter and icing sugar in a steel bowl.
- Add in the egg yolk one by one, keep creaming, take care that mixture does not split
- Add in the sieved flour; knead to a nice sot dough
- Roll in your palms and give desired shape.
- Bake at 180C for 20 mins
