Chocolate chip biscuits

Method
  1. Whip butter, sugar and gur until light and fluffy.
  2. Stir in the egg, followed by the flour, coconut and chocolate chips.
  3. Place in spoonfuls on a lightly oiled sheet and bake in a moderate oven at 180 degrees C for ten to twenty minutes or until golden in colour.
  4. Cool slightly before removing from tray.
  5. Decorate with melted chocolate.

125 gm butter
100 gm castor sugar
75 gm grated jaggery
1 egg
100 gm flour
50 gm coconut powder
125 gm chocolate chips
100 gm melted chocolate for decoration
