Chocolate macaroons

Method
  1. Whip the eggs until stiff peaks form. Fold in the ground nuts, sugar and drinking chocolate.
  2. Spoon in small heaps in baking sheets lined with greased brown paper.
  3. Put a blanched almond on each and bake in a moderate oven for about 20 mins.
Ingredients:
2 egg whites
100 gms. either ground almonds or cashewnuts
100 gms. castor sugar
3 tbsps. drinking chocolate
