Method
  1. Rub flour and butter until breadcrumbs are formed.
  2. Stir in sugar and spices.
  3. Add enough beaten eggs to form soft dough. Chill well.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
  5. Cut into desired shapes and arrange on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes
  7. Decorate with icing sugar/dried fruits/candy.
Ingredients:
250 gm flour
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
150 gm diced butter
100 gm castor sugar
Dried fruit/icing to decorate
Eggs, as required (approximately 4)
